From my own collection.

Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens cigar lounge.

Partagás is a current pre-Revolution brand, established circa 1827.
The range comprises full-strength cigars, using tobacco from the premium Vuelta Abajo region in Cuba.
Dress Box of 10 cigars.

Size: 6.3×50, Double Robusto (Magnum 50).

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky-smooth with small veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Milk chocolate and cedarwood.

1st third: Starts with a rich note of cedarwood, milk chocolate and digestive biscuits.

2nd third: Flavourwise it’s the same but with a spicy kick to it, tingling on the tongue and harsh feel in the back of the mouth.

Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a stable and firm white/gray ash.

Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a light draw.

3rd third: Keeps it’s sharp points and flavours from previous parts.

Duration: 20:30-22:00, 1h 30m.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium to full strength profile.

Result: In my book this is an 88 point cigar.
