Wrapper: Light milk chocolate brown, oily and smooth texture with small veins.
Construction: Fairly firm with some uneven spots when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: It has a completely closed foot so no draw can be taken.
1st third: Starts with toasted farm bread, natural peanuts, nutmeg, light baking spice and floral notes in the background.
2nd third: Notes of a medium roasted coffee but with some bitterness gets introduced to the previous flavours.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp while hasty with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw (after getting over the lighting of the closed foot).
3rd third: Gets a pepper spice that’s not noted in the previous parts added.
Duration: 15:00-16:40, 1h 40min.
Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Enjoyable complex flavours yet well balanced flavours.
Result: In my book this is a 91 point cigar.
