Location: This review was made outdoors during a windy evening with 22C and 60% humidity in the air.
Information:
Wrapper: Habano
Binder: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua
Origin: Nicaragua
Shortfiller
Factory: ?
Box: Sold in 20 count bundles.
Release: 2020
Availability: Limited Production.
Size: 5×54, Robusto.
Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and smooth with small veins.
Construction: A little spongy but even when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Driftwood.
1st third: Starts with a watered down dark roasted coffee, birchwood and black pepper.
2nd third: No changes.
Burn: Burns hasty and very wonky, with a flaky an unstable gray ash. I bumped my arm on the table and the ash fell. Had to correct it a lot.
Smoke: Voluminous creamy smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and with a airy draw.
3rd third: Nothing changes from start to finish.
Duration: 18:15-18:55, 40min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. It did its thing, nothing special but nothing unpleasant. It is what it’s supposed to be a shortfiller as a everyday type of smoke.
Result: In my book this is an 86 point cigar.
