Location: This review was made outdoors during a chilly evening. 5°C.
Wrapper: Light milk chocolate wrapper, oily, smooth and slightly showing veins.
Construction: Firm but still giving.
Cold draw: Hay and wheat.
1st third: Initial tastes is a dark roasted coffee not strong but heavy, 72% dark chocolate of the better kind with more character and bitterness lurking in the back. There is a oak wood covering the inside of the mouth like a barrel. All flavours are infused with wood.
2nd third: Steady on the same flavours from previous part, a slight sweetness like cane sugar in the aftertaste. But mostly the same.
The burn: White crisp and stable. Decent straight burn.
Smoke: Light draw, voluminous white smoke, medium heat.
3rd third: Pretty much the same, a little bit more intense on the flavours but still very enjoyable.
Conclusion: Works great with a cup of coffee in the afternoon.
Result: In my book this is a 88 point cigar.
