Size: 7.5×49, Double Corona.
Wrapper: Milk chocolate brown, silky smooth texture with small veins. Roughly 1 cm of shaggy foot.
Construction: Medium firm and a little uneven spots when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Brass trumpet, pine needles and light wood.
1st third: Starts with a brass instrument, freshly picked pine nuts, lightly toasted bread and pinewood.
2nd third: Fairly unchanged, with some nutmeg and cinnamon spice.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm but initially quite flakey, then stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Notes of dark chocolate taking the front seat while the previous flavours stay the same.
Duration: 15:55-17:55, 2h.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Well balanced flavours throughout.
Result: In my book this is a 91 point cigar.
