Store bought at Brobergs.
Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.
Wrapper: Darker brown shade, oily and silky smooth. A little bumpy but still with tiny veins.
Construction: A little squishy but still a good feel.
Cold draw: Barnyard and well fermented hay.
1st third: Wet oak wood, 65% dark chocolate, slight hint of espresso bitterness, black pepper on the lips. After maybe 1 cm it’s all wood and coffee.
2nd third: Oak wood dominates part 2 in the back, there is even an faint hint of hazelnuts and medium roasted coffee. A touch of of the dark chocolate returns.
The burn: Burns pretty quick, white-ish ash, stable and firm.
Smoke: Voluminous, white and cool to the touch.
3rd third: The dark notes keeps on giving.
Conclusion: It’s not heavy or strong, it’s just dark, like a oak wood that has been laying out in the rain for a very long time to rott. It’s different, not for everybody.
Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
