638. Drew Estate Undercrown Shadyxx Belicoso Maduro

Location: This review was made outdoors during a sunny afternoon with 20C and 49% humidity in the air.

Filler: Nicaraguan and Brazilian Mata Fina

Size: 5×50, Belicoso (Soft boxpressed).

Wrapper: Coffee bean, oily and smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Fairly firm and even when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Cedarwood and hay.

1st third: Starts with toasted bread, hazelnuts and chocolate spread, cedarwood and cinnamon.

2nd third: No changes.

Burn: Burns hasty and sharp with a firm and not so stable ash.

Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.

3rd third: Gets a little bit spicer towards the end, but in general kept the same from start to finish. Enjoyable effortless smoke experience, with a good flavour profile.

Duration: 16:05-17:00, 55min.

Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile.

Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
