Wrapper: Coffee bean, oily but with s rough texture with small protuding veins.
Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Oakwood and black tea.
1st third: Starts with a cashew nuts, espresso, red chili and oakwood.
2nd third: Keeps the pepper forward notes and the other ones likewise, but a bit more muted. It’s fairly dry in the smoke.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp in the 1st part then it started to burn quite uneven with a firm and stable whiteish ash.
Smoke: Medium light smoke with a heated feel on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: No changes from previous parts.
Duration: 14:40-16:00, 1h 20min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a full strength profile, it’s very drying in the smoke which makes me want to drink something but all I have is water so it doesn’t really help much.
Result: In my book this is an 87 point cigar.
