Binder: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua
Size: 5.5×46, Corona Gorda.
Wrapper: Nutty, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Coffee bean and hay.
1st third: Starts with a medium roasted coffee, roasted chestnuts, toasted bread and milk chocolate.
2nd third: Gets a spice hit of white pepper added to the mix while still keeping a nutty smoothness to each draw.
Burn: Burns sharp and hasty with a firm and stable whiteish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and a light draw.
3rd third: No changes from previous parts.
Duration: 15:25-16:05, 40 min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a mild strength profile.
Result: In my book this is an 91 point cigar.
