Wrapper: Nicaraguan Habano Rosado
Binder: Honduras
Filler: Honduras & Nicaragua
Size: 6×54, Boxpressed Torpedo.
Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Dried fruits and light wood.
1st third: Starts with a cacao nibs, toasted bread and oakwood.
2nd third: Keeps it’s previous flavours.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm but a little flaky ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a light draw.
3rd third: The flavours turn up a notch to a earthy, cacao nibs and black pepper.
Still keeping the oakwood in the background.
Duration: 17:00-18:20, 1h 20min.
Conclusion: A medium to full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile.
Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
