Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens Fine Tobacco’s cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Nicaraguan Shade Grown
Binder: Nicaraguan Criollo
Filler: Nicaraguan Condega & Jalapa

Size: 5×54, Robusto.

Wrapper: Coffee bean, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Black pepper and hay.

1st third: Starts with oakwood, walnut and fresh spice.

2nd third: Charred oak barrel wood note, still retaining a spice level similar to white pepper.

Burn: Burns a little wonky and slow with a firm and stable dark gray ash.

Smoke: Light smoke, medium heat feel on the tongue and a medium draw.

3rd third: Keeps it’s previous flavours steady.

Duration: 19:00-20:20, 1h 20min.

Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium to full strength profile

Result: In my book this is an 87 point cigar.
