177. Plasencia 146 Cosecha Privada San Luis Toro

Sponsored by Cigar Journal.

Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky smooth wrapper with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel.

Cold draw: Cedarwood and hay.

1st third: Starts with a smooth creamy nougat note, background tone of cedarwood but very well balanced.

2nd third: Keeps the same smooth flavours.

The burn: Burns steady and sharp with a white stable and firm ash.

Smoke: Voluminous white creamy smoke with a medium heat feel on the tounge and a medium light draw.

3rd third: Keeps the same all the way to the end.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. A well balanced cigar best enjoyed in total peace with a nice drink and classic music.

Result: In my book this is an 91 point cigar.
