Size: 5.78×58, Toro.

Wrapper: Nutty brown, oily and rustic texture with protruding veins.

Construction: Firm and fairly even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Dried fruits like plums, figs and apricots, nutty, white pepper and old wooden instruments.

1st third: Starts with farm bread, raw nuts and like almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts and that woody note I got in the cold draw.

2nd third: Fairly unchanged, just with a slight pepper spice lurking in the background.

Burn: Burns very slowly with a fairly sharp with a firm and stable gray-ish ash. You have to babysit the cigar to keep it lit as it seems to retain much moisture and oils within.

Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a medium draw.

3rd third: Keeps the same from the previous parts.

Duration: 19:30-22:10, 2h 40min.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. It promised great sweet notes in the cold draw that never stepped forward, otherwise it was unchanged throughout. It also burned way to slowly for the size of the cigar, for some it might be great but for me it just got tiring after a while of the same thing. Also having to babysit it from going out was getting a big frustrating.

Result: In my book this is a 86 point cigar.
