Wrapper: Mahogany wood brown, oily and smooth texture with tiny veins.
Construction: A little giving but even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Cedar and oakwood.
1st third: Burnt gingerbread, burnt sugar, creamy milk chocolate.
2nd third: Notes of roasted and buttered chestnuts, cacao added to the mix.
Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Unchanged from part 2.
Duration: 16:00-17:30, 1h 30min.
Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium to full strength profile. Good complexity and flavourful profile but it was tough to keep it going if I let it go for a moment.
Result: In my book this is a 91 point cigar.
