Wrapper: Chestnut brown, oily and smooth texture with tiny veins.
Construction: Firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Cedarwood and chestnuts.
1st third: Stars with cedarwood, salted and buttered roasted chestnuts, nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.
2nd third: Fairly unchanged, still very chestnut forward, smooth and enjoyable.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a medium cool feeling on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Unchanged flavour profile, but with a light white pepper spice added.
Duration: 20:10-21:55, 1h 45min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Well balanced and smooth flavours throughout.
Result: In my book this is a 91 point cigar.
