Wrapper: Walnut shell brown, smooth with small protruding veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Light oakwood and pastry sweetness.
1st third: Starts with toasted brioche, buttered roasted chestnuts and light wood notes.
2nd third: Unchanged.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm but not stable at all white-ish ash.
Smoke: Medium light smoke, with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Gets a darker roast note, other than that it keeps the same.
Duration: 17:35-18:55, 1h 20min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. It’s an enjoyable smooth smoking experience but fairly unchanged throughout.
Result: In my book this is a 89 point cigar.
