Wrapper: Chestnut brown, silky smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Firm with some uneven soft spots when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Dried apricots, cacao and light wood notes.
1st third: Starts with cacao powdered covered dried apricots, brown sugar, french pastry, white pepper and cedarwood.
2nd third: Hints of gray clay could also be gypsum and hazelnuts are introduced.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Flavourewise it keeps the same but with a little increase of the white pepper spice.
Duration: 12:55-14:45, 1h 50 min.
Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Bringing an interesting complexity with intriguing flavours not often seen together in a blend. Smoked perfectly without any problems.
Result: In my book this is an 91 point cigar.
