Supplied by Mellgrens Fine Tobacco.

Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens Fine Tobacco’s cigar lounge.

Information:
Wrapper: Cuba
Binder: Cuba
Filler: Cuba

Size: 4×40, Perlas (Petit Corona).

Wrapper: Nutty, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Cedarwood and floral.

1st third: Starts with a toasted bread, light floral note and light wood.

2nd third: Hints of white pepper and some honey sweetness lingering on the tongue while keeping the previous flavours.

Burn: Burns fairly sharp and hasty with a firm and stable gray ash.

Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium cool feeling on the tongue and a medium light draw.

3rd third: No changes from previous parts.

Duration: 22:15-22:55, 40 min.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a mild strength profile. Well balanced with some spice to it, but overall a good cigar for someone who wants to traverse the gap from mild to medium bodied cigars.

Result: In my book this is an 89 point cigar.
