Wrapper: Cuba

Shortfiller and handmade.

Size: 4.8×40, Petit Corona.

Wrapper: Nutty, rough and with protruding veins.

Construction: Medium firm and even when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Hay.

1st third: Stars with a light tobacco note, cedarwood and hay. Smooth overall taste.

2nd third: Keeps the same.

Burn: Burns uneven, with a firm and stable but flakey whiteish ash.

Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a medium light draw.

3rd third: No changes from start to finish, flavourwise.

Duration: 23:25-00:15, 50 min.

Conclusion: A mild bodied cigar with a mild strength profile. It’s a good beginner cigar, or if you don’t what to think to much about what you are smoking.

Result: In my book this is an 86 point cigar.
