Binder: Dominican Republic Cuban Seed
Filler: Dominican Republic Cuban Seed
Factory: Tabacalera Arturo Fuente
Size: 8.5×52, Double Corona.
Wrapper: Nutty, oily and smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Hay, cedarwood and white pepper.
1st third: Starts with a lightly toasted bread, salted almonds and light wood.
2nd third: No changes.
Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and fairly stable white ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: No changes at all from the very beginning.
Duration: 19:20-21:40, 2h 20 min.
Conclusion: A mild bodied cigar with a mild strength profile. A very uneventful cigar, still well balanced and good taste but it didn’t make me long for another soon.
Result: In my book this is an 87 point cigar.
