Comes in luxury boîte nature boxes of 8 cigars, released for the Chinese Zodiac Year of the Rat.
Size: 6.1×55, Maravillas (Robusto Extra).
Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Milk chocolate and hay.
1st third: Starts with a hazelnut and milk chocolate spread, hints of cinnamon and toasted bread.
2nd third: Keeps the previous flavours with an added hint of medium roasted coffee.
Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Medium light smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and a medium tight draw.
3rd third: Gets a slight flavour increase from previous parts, but no changes in taste.
Duration: 17:35-19:15, 1h 40min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile.
Result: In my book this is an 91 point cigar.
