457. Cavalier Genève Black II Torpedo

Gifted by Cavalier Genève Cigars.

Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens Fine Tobacco’s cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Mexican San Andrés
Binder: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua
Made at San Judas Tadeo factory, in Honduras.

Size: 6×54, Torpedo Boxpressed.

Wrapper: Coffee bean, oily with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Cedarwood.

1st third: Starts with a note of 70% dark chocolate, hazelnut and oakwood.

2nd third: Keeps the previous flavours steady and well balanced.

Burn: Burns a little wonky with a firm and stable white ash.

Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and a light draw.

3rd third: No changes.

Duration: 20:25-21:40, 1h 15 min.

Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a full strength profile.

Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
