Tobacco from 2011.

Size: 5×52, Robusto.

Wrapper: Coffee bean, oily and silky-smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Hay and white pepper.

1st third: Starts with a 80% dark chocolate bitterness, rich black earth and dark roasted coffee.

2nd third: Keeps it’s previous flavours.

Burn: Burns a little wonky with a fairly firm and stable gray ash that very easily tapes off.

Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a light draw.

3rd third: No changes in flavours, it keeps it’s dark notes consistent all way through.

Duration: 22:00-23:00, 1h.

Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a full strength profile. Not a cigar for a beginner.

Result: In my book this is an 87 point cigar.
