Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens cigar lounge.

Made in Dominican Republic.
Wrapper: HVA (Havana Vuelta Abajo).
Binder: Criollo 98.
Filler: Corojo, HVA , Piloto Cubano.
Grower: Leo Reyes – Navarrete.
Blender: Francisco Rivas – Tamboril.
Coordinator DR: Zakarias Al Tememe & Bert Van Kol. Tobacco from 2015.

Size: 5.7×43, Corona.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky-smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Oakwood and light notes of hay.

1st third: Starts with a milk chocolate and nutty note, hints of coffee beans in the background together with oakwood.

2nd third: No changes.

Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white ash.

Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a medium light draw.

3rd third: Gets a little spicier, like cinnamon and a stronger note of espresso.

Duration: 21:40-22:40, 1h.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile.

Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
