232. Trinidad Robusto T Vintage 2010

Private collection aka can’t remember where I bought it.

Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel all over.

Cold draw: Light wood notes.

1st third: Starts with a toasted bread and roasted chestnuts base. There’s hints of citrus and light wood and some coffee beans.

2nd third: Keeps the same smooth flavours.

The burn: Burns steady and sharp with a crisp white stable and firm ash.

Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and a light draw.

3rd third: Keeps the same toasted bread and chestnut smoothness with the wood and coffee in the background.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. This is one of my favorite cigars ever made, a bit sad they where discontinued 2012. If you like the Cohiba Robustos then you would love this cigar.

Result: In my book this is an 95 point cigar.
