227. Jas Sum Kral Toothpick 2.0 Habano

Store bought at Mellgrens Fine Tobacco.

Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and rough texture with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel all over.

Cold draw: Sweet milk chocolate and a light woody notes.

1st third: Starts with a nutty creamy coffee note with a pine wood finish. There is some smooth milk chocolate sweetness in the after note.

2nd third: Keeps the same smooth flavours but with more emphasis on the coffee notes.

The burn: Burns steady and sharp with a white-ish stable and firm ash.

Smoke: Light smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and a light draw.

3rd third: Keeps the same flavours from part 2. Slight increase of the coffee notes again and now the other flavours keeps more in the background.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a mild strength profile. Well balanced flavours with a nice increase but nothing is getting out of hand.

Result: In my book this is an 89 point cigar.
