Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.
Wrapper: Dark chocolate, oily and silky smooth wrapper with tiny veins.
Construction: Firm but still a little giving when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Pencil wood note.
1st third: Dark chocolate, bitter almonds, bark (wood) and earthy sweetness.
2nd third: Keeps the same, a tad bit creamier.
The burn: Burns steady and sharp with a white stable and firm ash.
Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a light draw.
3rd third: Goes back to a darker oak wood or bark note like in part 1. A bit of spiciness appears on top of the tongue.
Conclusion: A full body cigar with a medium strength profile. This cigar would be a perfect match with a smokey whisky, dark rum or a cup of espresso.
Result: In my book this is an 87 point cigar.
