173. Saga Short Tales Tomo VI: The Sixth Element: El Tabaco

Gifted by Jean-Michel Louis, Brand Ambassador and In-house Belgian at De Los Reyes Cigars.

Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Dark chocolate, oily and smooth feel with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel.

Cold draw: Dark chocolate, hazelnuts and earthy sweetness.

1st third: Dark chocolate, sandalwood, hazelnuts and a spicy note in the back.

2nd third: The second part keeps pretty uniform with the first part, maybe a tad bit creamier with the combination of hazelnuts and chocolate.

The burn: Burns steady and slowly with a firm white ash.

Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a medium heat feel on the tounge.

3rd third: Keeps the overall flavours with a bit darker touch to it. So more dark chocolate and a touch of bark (wood).

Conclusion: A very enjoyable and yummy cigar. Medium bodied with a medium bodied strength. Think this cigar works just fine as it is no drinks needed. But if you want something with I guess a dark rum without added sugar or a cup of medium roasted coffee.

Result: In my book this is an 92 point cigar.
