Wrapper: Chestnut brown, oily and smooth texture with small protruding veins.
Construction: Fairly firm but it’s a little uneven feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Pistachios, earthy sweetness and oakwood.
1st third: Pick mix of pistachios, chestnuts, earthy and oakwood.
2nd third: In this part a nutty bready note takes the frontline with a cinnamon and cardamom spice with medium to dark roasted coffee.
Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Keeps on the level from previous parts.
Duration: 15:15-16:45, 1h 30min.
Conclusion: A medium to full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. This would be enjoyable with a cup of coffee.
Result: In my book this is a 90 point cigar.
