Wrapper: Coffee bean brown, oily and smooth texture with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Light cedarwood and dried fruits like apricots and plums with a slight dusting of cacao.
1st third: Toasted brioche buns, cedarwood, cinnamon and brown sugar.
2nd third: Notes of malts (beer) and black pepper step forward in this part while still retaining the previous flavours a bit more subdued in the background.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: While it’s not very unchanged flavour wise, a darker
Duration: 14:05-16:15, 2h 10min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Not a very complex flavour profile, but a nice flowing wave of change.
Result: In my book this is a 91 point cigar.
