Wrapper: Coffee bean brown, coarse texture feel with small protruding veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Dry walnuts and wood, some dried fruit sweetness as well.
1st third: Starts with baking spices, walnuts, figs, cacao and oakwood.
2nd third: Unchanged.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Unchanged.
Duration: 16:35-18:00, 1h 25min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Fairly unchanged flavours from start to finish, still enjoyable but I’d like to see some changes throughout.
Result: In my book this is a 87 point cigar.
