Wrapper: Chestnut brown, oily and smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm but still a little giving with an even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Wood.
1st third: Starts with a sweet shortbread, walnuts, cacao and oakwood.
2nd third: Fairly unchanged.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Light citrus and licorice note added towards the end, otherwise unchanged.
Duration: 15:20-16:30, 1h 10min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Well balanced flavours not very complex but still enjoyable.
Result: In my book this is a 90 point cigar.
