81. Quesada Oktoberfest 2017 Bavarian Robusto

Sponsored by Quesada Cigars.

Location: This review was made outdoors, during an sunny afternoon with 13C and a little chilly wind.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate in color, silky smooth in texture but still some what showing veins.

Construction: Solid and firm in feeling when squeezed.

Cold draw: Dry hay.

1st third: Hazelnuts, medium roasted coffee and dry feeling wood.

2nd third: The taste keeps pretty much the same. A little hint of milk chocolate with caramel, actually it reminds me of the Swedish candy bar called Daim. Witch is made from crunchy almond caramel covered in milk chocolate.

The burn: Burns steady, with white-ish ash, it’s also stable and firm when lightly tapped.

Smoke: Light smoke with a cool feeling.

3rd third: No real changes really from part 2, same good taste.

Conclusion: Overall a good taste, nothing to impressive but still a good afternoon cigar.

Result: In my book this is an 88 point cigar.
