Wrapper: Dark coffee bean, coarse texture feel with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Earthy.
1st third: Starts with earthy sweetness, oakwood and blood pudding (very metallic taste).
2nd third: Fairly unchanged.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Keeps the metallic note to the end. Notes of spice get introduced to the mix.
Duration: 21:15-22:40, 1h 25min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Not a pleasurable experience in my opinion, but a well constructed cigar.
Result: In my book this is a 86 point cigar.
