Wrapper: Coffee bean brown, oily and smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Oakwood.
1st third: Starts with a clear oakwood note, followed by cinnamon, nutmeg, cacao and sweet pastry dough.
2nd third: Notes of roasted hazelnuts and candied almonds added.
Burn: Burns hasty with a fairly sharp, firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Notes of orange peel, dark chocolate and rye added to the mix.
Duration: 19:55-20:40, 45min.
Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Great complexity and very enjoyable smoking experience.
Result: In my book this is a 91 point cigar.
