Wrapper: Almond brown, silky smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Oakwood.

1st third: Starts with a sharp charred oakwood, toasted bread, nutmeg, walnuts and raisins.

2nd third: Pine nuts replace the walnuts from the first part, otherwise unchanged.

Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white ash.

Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a light draw.

3rd third: Notes of aniseed lurks on the tongue as I enter the final third.

Duration: 21:05-22:05, 1h.

Conclusion: A mild bodied cigar with a mild to medium strength profile. It’s a pretty uneventful time, yet pretty pleased with the experience. It’s good for those moments you don’t want to think too much about what your tasting.

Result: In my book this is an 89 point cigar.
