506. Debonaire Habano Toro

Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens Fine Tobacco’s cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Ecuadorian Habano
Binder: Dominican Republic San Vicente
Filler: Nicaragua & Dominican Republic Piloto Cubano

Size: 6×54, Toro.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Dried fruits, hay and 70% dark chocolate.

1st third: Starts with a medium roasted coffee, milk chocolate and toasted bread.

2nd third: No changes from part 1.

Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white ash.

Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue and a light draw.

3rd third: Keeps a consistent flavour profile until the very end.

Duration: 21:30-22:50, 1h 20min.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Very enjoyable and soothing during this evening, just what I needed.

Result: In my book this is an 91 point cigar.
