Filler: Nicaragua, Colombia & Dominican Republic
Size: 5×52, Robusto.
Wrapper: Coffee bean, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Cedarwood.
1st third: Starts with a 80% dark chocolate, oakwood, dried fruits and a slight spice.
2nd third: It calms down a little on the heavy dark chocolate notes, adding a dark roasted coffee with previous flavours. Still with a spice in the background.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable crisp white ash.
Smoke: Light smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a medium tight draw.
3rd third: No notable changes.
Duration: 21:00-22:00, 1h.
Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium to full strength profile.
Result: In my book this is an 89 point cigar.
