196. Cornelius & Anthony Meridian Robusto

Sponsored by Cornelius & Anthony Cigars.

Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and silky smooth with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm but still a little giving when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Milk chocolate and hay.

1st third: Starts with a milk chocolate creaminess, coffee praline and cinnamon.

2nd third: Keeps the same smooth flavours from part one.

The burn: Burns steady and sharp with a white-ish stable and firm ash.

Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a cool feeling on the tounge and a light draw.

3rd third: No changes, still the same smooth and creamy flavours.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a mild strength profile. I really enjoyed this cigar, it’s no smooth and creamy. It made me so hungry for chocolate or to drink a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream.

Result: In my book this is an 92 point cigar.
