155. H. Upmann Connossieur B LCDH

Store bought.

Location: This review was made outdoors during an late evening with the sun going down. 18°C and a slight breeze.

Wrapper: Milk chocolate with a orange glow, silky smooth wrapper with tiny veins.

Construction: Firm even feel.

Cold draw: Hay and freshly ground coffee.

1st third: Starts of with a oak wood note followed with an freshly ground espresso. Leaving that sweet bitterness combined with the dry wood.

2nd third: Keeps the same flavour profile as previous part but with a smoother feel.

The burn: Burns slowly and fairly sharp with a white stable ash.

Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a cool feeling on the tounge.

3rd third: The end of the second part and beginning of the last part a creamy note compliments the previous flavours. But at the end it got a little spicier.

Conclusion: A beautiful cigar, I truly enjoyed it. A medium bodied, with mild to medium strength. Perfect for a late afternoon or late evening in my case 11 pm.

Result: In my book this is an 90 point cigar.
