112. Quesada 40th Anniversary Toro

Sponsored by Quesada Cigars.

Location: This review was made indoors in a cigar lounge.

Wrapper: Dark brown wrapper with tiny veins but a rough texture.

Construction: Firm but still giving feel.

Cold draw: Dark chocolate, earthy and dark oak.

1st third: Dark roasted chocolate beans, toasted oak barrel, earthy sweetness and lightly toasted hazelnuts.

2nd third: Keeps a steady flavour from part 1. A creamier touch to this part.

The burn: Burns a little wonky with a white stable ash.

Smoke: Voluminous white smoke with a cool feeling. Good draw.

3rd third: Goes back to the first part so no creaminess.

Conclusion: Overall a very pleasant cigar. Medium to full bodied.

Result: In my book this is a 90 point cigar.
