Wrapper: Chestnut golden brown, oily and smooth texture with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Toasted bread, cashews, bitter orange marmalade.
1st third: Starts with toasted syrup bread, cashew nuts, digestive biscuits and some orange zest.
2nd third: In this part a pinewood and the orange zest take center stage.
Burn: Burns sharp with a firm but not very stable white ash.
Smoke: Light smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Continues inline from part 2 with additional notes of cinnamon.
Duration: 18:05-19:35, 1h 30min.
Conclusion: A medium to full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. It has a nice complexity but with a little smoke output.
Result: In my book this is a 90 point cigar.
