Wrapper: Chestnut brown, oily and coarse texture with small veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Floral sweetness.
1st third: Starts with dried fruits like prunes and apricots, powdered sugar, whipped cream and a slight wood note.
2nd third: Keeps the same.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: The sweetness amplifies but otherwise unchanged flavours.
Duration: 16:15-17:45, 1h 30min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. While it’s an aromatic blend it’s not so intrusive sweetness, it’s quite pleasant.
Result: In my book this is a 88 point cigar.
