Wrapper: Milk chocolate brown, oily and silky smooth texture with small veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Cedarwood and floral notes.
1st third: Starts with lightly roasted hazelnuts, floral sweetness and aromatic cedarwood.
2nd third: Keeps a well balanced flavour profile from the beginning.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a warm feel on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: It’s getting a creamy cappuccino note developing towards the end, with the aromatic cedarwood still precedent and a nutty undertone.
Duration: 17:40-18:50, 1h 10min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. While enjoyable it kept a pretty warm smoking experience which exhausted the palette a bit, the flavours were good though.
Result: In my book this is a 88 point cigar.
