Wrapper: Coffee bean brown, oily and smooth texture with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Light wood.
1st third: Starts with toasted sourdough bread, cedarwood, nutmeg, walnuts and marzipan.
2nd third: Fairly unchanged.
Burn: Burns a little uneven with a firm and even feel with a white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Unchanged from previous parts.
Duration: 19:05-20:35, 1h 30min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Well balanced flavours throughout. I’m not the biggest fan of this size of cigar, but that’s outside of how it performed.
Result: In my book this is a 90 point cigar.
