Wrapper: Milk chocolate brown, silky smooth with tiny veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Briar wood, Nr. 2 pencil and cork.
1st third: Starts with cedarwood, cacao, chestnuts, brown nougat and frothed milk.
2nd third: While it keeps the previous flavours on a steady level it introduces small touches of spice in the background.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a light draw.
3rd third: Unchanged flavourwise from part two, with a ramp up of spice on the lips and back of the mouth.
Duration: 14:05-16:35, 2h 30min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile.
Well balanced flavours throughout with a nice crescendo towards the latter half.
Result: In my book this is a 92 point cigar.
