Wrapper: Coffee bean brown, oily and smooth texture with small veins.
Construction: Fairly firm and fairly even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Oakwood.
1st third: Starts with oakwood, roasted hazelnuts, plums, nutmeg and black tea.
2nd third: Continues inline with the first part.
Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Unchanged from the beginning.
Duration: 19:25-21:05, 1h 40min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. A flavourful cigar experience but it’s fairly unchanged throughout.
Result: In my book this is a 89 point cigar.
