Wrapper: Chestnut brown, oily and smooth texture with small veins.
Construction: Firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Earthy sweetness, cacao and hay.
1st third: Starts with a dusty library, milk chocolate cacoa powder, sandalwood, nutmeg and chalk.
2nd third: Notes of anise, fennel, floral and peanut shells added to the mix.
Burn: Burns sharp with a firm and stable white ash.
Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a cool feeling on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: The final part brings medium roasted coffee, peanut shells and ginger spice.
Duration: 17:15-19:15, 2h.
Conclusion: A full bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. Wonderful complexity with nuanced shifts in each part.
Result: In my book this is a 92 point cigar.
