Size: 5.5×54, Robusto Extra.
Wrapper: Chestnut brown, smooth texture with small protruding veins.
Construction: A little giving but even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Cedarwood.
1st third: Starts with cedarwood, dark roasted coffee, walnuts and dried flowers.
2nd third: Keeps inline with part 1.
Burn: Burns quite uneven with a firm and stable gray ash.
Smoke: Voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a medium light draw.
3rd third: Black coffee with a wheat biscuit.
Duration: 16:40-17:50, 1h 10min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile. I had to correct the burn quite a bit during the smoke as it never stopped burning uneven. While it wasn’t very complex it was still good.
Result: In my book this is a 86 point cigar.
