Wrapper: Coffee bean brown, smooth texture with small veins.
Construction: Firm and even feel when lightly squeezed.
Cold draw: Dry oakwood.
1st third: Starts with dry oakwood, dark roasted coffee, cacao and a touch of anise.
2nd third: Unchanged.
Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable white-ish ash.
Smoke: Medium smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue with a medium tight draw.
3rd third: Virtually the same throughout.
Duration: 19:20-20:40, 1h 20min.
Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a full strength profile. As the flavours aren’t complex it’s quite enjoyable, but since the draw is quite tight it gets pretty exhausting smoking this cigar.
Result: In my book this is a 86 point cigar.
